Design Process

Welcome to the design process. We are almost done explaining how we will help you lunch your site. Here at C.Rice & Associates we will walk you through the whole process of developing your site. Down below are the different phases we will walk you thought to make that web page that you always wanted for your personal or business use.

Phase I Prepare & Plan:

Step 1. We will set up a meeting to find out what you are looking for out of your web site with I design team. We will give you numerous other web sites that I company help plan and design for other clients. I design team will ask question on what is the site for personal or business use and what you want us to do for you.

Step 2. Once we have an idea and a direction you want to go I team will start researching different material for your site.

Step 3. When I design team is done researching materials for your site we will set up another meeting. We will talk about what directions your site can take and review any changes you made after I first meeting.

Step 4. Once you and the design team have all come to an agreement on what direction you want your site to take. we will move to Phase II: Design & Produce.

Phase II Design & Produce:

Step 1. In this phase we will find out how you want your page to look. We will take all the information you want on your page.

Step 2. After I design team has look over all your information that you want on your page they will start creating layout for your page. I design team only create layout if you want us too for free. If you already have an idea or layout already in mind I design team will work with it. I design team will create several layout for you to pick and choose from.

Step 3. Once you have chosen a layout I design team will create the page for you. You can review the site I team created and you can make any changes that you do not like or something you want to add.

Step 4. Once we are done with creating your web site you have to find a host for your site. On I site we have many host sites from where you can pick from some free and some paid sites. The next step is Phase III Launch, Test, Maintain & Improve.

Phase III Launch, Test, Maintain & Improve:

Step 1. Once you have selected a web site we will launch your site. Once you site is launch you can take a look at it and see if it’s what you want it to be and look like on the web.

Step 2. After the site is launch will we test the site to make sure all the links work and all the pictures, buttons, animation, and other extra on the site is working appropriately. We will make sure the site can handle heavy volume of people visiting the site without crashing.

Step 3. Once your site is launch and tested we will maintain and improve as offer as you like. We will maintain your page daily, weekly, or monthly. We can update your site with information or what you like once we get the material from you to put on the site.
